About Amanda Deosarran, MHC-LP
I am a warm, compassionate therapist who believes healing happens within a safe, trusting, and supportive therapeutic relationship. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, ADHD and relationship challenges, and I approach therapy with curiosity, empathy, and respect for each client’s unique experience. My work is trauma-informed and draws from psychodynamic therapy alongside evidence-based approaches such as CBT and DBT. I strive to help clients better understand the patterns beneath their distress while also developing practical skills for emotional regulation and daily coping. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or seeking deeper self-understanding, therapy can be a meaningful space for growth and healing.
